We want to thank David in Somersworth, NH for leaving this really nice review on our website! He purchased a motorcycle lift back in 2015 and returned to us just recently for a tire changer and wheel balancer set (Model: Phoenix PWC2950a/PWB1530 --Includes Helper Arm).

"I bought a motorcycle lift table a few years ago and they were great. Last week I finally decided to buy a tire machine and balancer for home use. Clark the owner meets you at the door and explains everything about the machines and no pressure on selling you something.

He really knows people and how to treat a customer right. He even offered to meet me during the weekend so I could come back and pick it up to save on shipping, it's free but I would need to pay extra from the shipper because I live in a residential area and would need a truck that had a lowering lift gate. I ended up just loading in the bed of my truck the day I was there. They printed off newer unpacking directions, set up was super easy.

The balancer was giving me trouble since I have no experience at all with the machines. I called around 6:00pm on a Friday and guess what? Clark answered the phone! He said a tech would call me right back. 10 minutes later Fred called me to assist with trouble shooting. After about 45 minutes it was clear I wasn't getting it. He gave me his cell number so I could call back the next morning to start over and together we would figure it out. Saturday morning right on time we started to work through my issues and after about 1 hour I was up and running. If you ever want a great product with even better support after the sale. This company is the one you want. I am so impressed with the way they conduct their business."

We wanted to share this really great review recently left on our website by Brian in Rochester, NH....He purchased the PRO 1200MAX Motorcycle Lift Package.

Here's what he had to say about it: "I have tears in my eyes! Nah, I'm kidding about the tears but not far from it! I'm 57 yrs old, had motorcycles my entire life and why I never looked deeper into one of these I just don't have an explanation for! Anyone can own one of these and NHPE has a "financier/lender" if your strapped for cash! Should have bought one years ago!"

Thanks to Darin, in Ramsey, Minnesota, for the great feedback he left on our Facebook page about his PRO 2500 high rise motorcycle lift!

He said, "I love my motorcycle lift we got from you guys!!!!" and posted this nice photo of his ride, a 2006 Yamaha Roadliner, which is says, is "a beast and the Pro2500 works great!!!!" UPDATE: We received 2 more nice photos from Darin and Rhonda! Darin says, "Here we are doing the clutch on an 88 FXRS So nice that it can be safe at multiple heights to be able to work on them not only comfortably but also safe with the multiple locking heights." I have a small one man shop and have been using a Handy Sam for many years, As business has grown I've needed a second lift for more then a few years but with the fear that I would lose bike parking space. With a really productive winter rebuild season and having a 2016 Road Glide on my lift for a month with extensive work and bikes waiting to be worked on I knew it was time to quit screwing around and not worrying about parking space. Thanks for a great deal."
