Jonathan in Berlin, MA posted pics of a KTM racing bike up on his PRO 1200 Lift Table to Instagram. Rich is definitely our customer of the year! He's really gone above and beyond to promote us and our products in every way. We are so grateful for guys like Rich who are happy with their products and also happy to talk about them! Rich has been very generous with his time with respect to our business. He's constantly commenting and posting to let us know how happy he's been with his Elevator 1800. We can't hear that enough! He also took the time to not only leave a Google review -but when his review kept getting deleted by Google, he got creative and left his comments under his wife's Google account so he could get them out there! And he didn't just post a sentence or 2. He really went into detail, describing how the package was shipped, posting a photo of the shipment, etc. What a top-notch guy. Incredibly thoughtful. We couldn't be more appreciative of you, Rich, and your continued support of NHProEquip!

Our customer, Jon, commented on another post of ours about our shipping process. It's always great to hear from customers about the products and service they've received from us. It helps us to strive to be better when we receive feedback, good or bad! It's especially nice and helpful for us to hear about the shipping process and how that is handled; from our paperwork and communication with the customer regarding scheduling, right down to the shipping carriers and the delivery itself. We want to thank him for taking the time to give his feedback about this part of the buying process! We're glad to hear the carrier was impressed, too! And, yes, we do include a photo of the shipment when it leaves our shop, as we believe having this documentation in place verifies the shipment condition in case there are any other issues en route that might need to be addressed.

He says, "I’ve never taken a photo of an item I purchased upon arrival before. The carrier and I stood over this NHPro shipment and were amazed how well it was packed up. It even had a photo of the shipment on the top box showing how it looked when it left NHPro. This is an example of the personal treatment you get from these guys. I got the Elevator 2000 with pretty much the works. I grin every time I use it two years later."

Jeremy in Columbus, Ohio posted this nice pic of his Harley up on the PRO1200 lift and left us some comments...after owningi the lift for 2.5 years! We love these comments that come through from customers after time has passed so we can really get a sense of how the lift has held up. Jeremy says, "Review after a few years of almost daily use: everything is great! The scissor lift hasn’t even removed the paint/coating under the bike on the lift despite sliding in and out all the time. Definitely one of my favorite tools in the garage."
