It's helpful to hear how the products are working out for our customers, of course, but it's also nice to hear how service was for them, too. The Plasma-Cut-40/45 Air Plasma machine Jordan purchased is a new offering in inverter technology. This unit is extremely efficient, small and portable - it only ways 25 1/4 lbs! This single phase machine comes with an adjustable air regulator, 12 ft Viper torch and return lead, starter consumable pack, and an easy-to-follow operation manual. Features dual voltage 110V-230 and 35% @ 45 amp duty cycle.

He also shared a pic of his Phoenix tire changer which he says works "perfectly"! This Phoenix tire changer (model 2950) does not include a helper arm, but is fitted for one if the need arises down the road (the model that includes the helper arm is 2950A). The tire changer includes a plastic duckhead when working with fragile, high end wheels. This "extra" is included, and typically an option with other suppliers. The air valving is completely metal throughout the machine, which is higher quality and long-lasting. This machine also includes an easy-fill oiler, which limits wear on internal parts and an air filter/quick drain water trap with adjustable regulator.

"I was opening my own shop and called about a Phoenix Tire Machine and Phoenix Balancer. Both machines combined were less than 1/2 of the competitors prices! I’ve have had the machines for 6 months now with daily use and haven’t had any problems with them at all! While I was there I also purchased a small mig,tig & stick welder which had paid for its self over and over. "I bought a motorcycle lift table a few years ago and they were great. Last week I finally decided to buy a tire machine and balancer for home use. Clark the owner meets you at the door and explains everything about the machines and no pressure on selling you something.

He really knows people and how to treat a customer right. He even offered to meet me during the weekend so I could come back and pick it up to save on shipping, it's free but I would need to pay extra from the shipper because I live in a residential area and would need a truck that had a lowering lift gate. I ended up just loading in the bed of my truck the day I was there. They printed off newer unpacking directions, set up was super easy.

The balancer was giving me trouble since I have no experience at all with the machines. I called around 6:00pm on a Friday and guess what? Clark answered the phone! He said a tech would call me right back. 10 minutes later Fred called me to assist with trouble shooting. After about 45 minutes it was clear I wasn't getting it. He gave me his cell number so I could call back the next morning to start over and together we would figure it out. Saturday morning right on time we started to work through my issues and after about 1 hour I was up and running. If you ever want a great product with even better support after the sale. This company is the one you want. I am so impressed with the way they conduct their business."
